Bang O Life
What a cool place. A walk at 1:30 a.m. to find a spot to watch the river and I dind’t freeze my ass off. A walk in slippers on clean sidewalks with lizzards shimmying up hot walls of concrete buildings still radiating energy from the sun they soaked up all day.
I’ll meditate later and face my shadows for three remotely-guided CBT sessions. And then meditate more. Then walk more. At some point I’ll have completed 200 push ups, 200 walking lunges, and 50 pull ups. Twenty-thousand-step days are routine and imperative. Another twenty four. We do recover.
